HOW IT WORKS

Auto Pay

Your monthly membership price will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card each month.

 

Monthly Session

Each month, on or after your scheduled payment date you will be entitled to a single T3M muscle therapy session.

 

Upgrades

You may upgrade to a longer session at an additional charge.

 

Rollover Credits

If you do not use your monthly session, it will simply roll-over into the next month. Rolled over credits are good for up to 6 months.

 

Family Share

You may share your accrued sessions with one additional member of your household. It must always be the same member of your family.

 

Active member

As long as your membership monthly payment is made you will be considered an active member in good standing.

 

Payment Account

If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee.

 

Notice

You have the right to receive a notice in the event that we make any change to amount to be billed for your account.

 

Terms & Conditions

We may modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes.
